Lynn Chao

Lynn Chao has a legal practice
based in greater Los Angeles, in the State of California with offices in
the City of Industry, Monterey Park, and Los Angeles, as well
as a foreign branch office in Beijing, P.R. China. She is
an attorney with more than seventeen years of experience in
business and corporate affairs in both the United States of
America and P. R. China. She has represented clients ranging
in size from sole proprietorships to multi-national corporations.
She is one of fifty attorneys
who has been selected as an international trade attorney
in P.R. China by the Judicial Department of China.
Since her arrival in the
United States in 1992, she has been actively participating
in various international and locally community events and
organizations. She is the board director of the Chinese CEO Association,
a nobility organization in Chinese business community.

Andrew Z. Lei, P.E., Esq.
Attorney at Law
Andrew Z. Lei is a member of California Bar Association and America Bar Association. In addition to being an attorney, Andrew Lei is also a California Licensed Professional Engineer as well as a Member of Society of American Military Engineers. In his practice of law, he has handle the multitude of cases in a wide field of practice, including real estate law, family law, intellectual property, worker’s compensation, contracts, and personal injury.
Linda J. Lee, Esq.
Attorney at Law
Linda J. Lee is a member of the California Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Ms. Lee handles a variety of cases involving civil litigation, mainly contract disputes and commercial litigation, as well as cases involving employment law, business law, and family law. She handles all stages of litigation including alternative dispute resolution and mediation. Ms. Lee received her Bachelor’s of Arts in political science with a specialization in international relations from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2001. While at UCLA, she was on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. Ms. Lee received her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles in 2005. Before joining our team, Ms. Lee practiced family law with a certified family law specialist.
Vincent K. Cheng
Administrator
Vincent K. Cheng was conferred the Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics by the California Polytechnic University at Pomona in March 2003. The program of Economics enhanced Mr. Cheng’s abilities to comprehend reliance on quantitative methods of analyzing business trends, forecasting sales, and planning purchasing and production operations. Under the Economics undergraduate program, Mr. Cheng was trained as an administrator and analyst for positions in business, industry, agriculture, and government sectors. He was also trained to research and manage the positions in fields such as administration, industry, finance, and insurance. He had been significantly trained for business and administration analytical skills.
